How To Use A Deffuser With Essential Oils?
- Place the deffuser in the center of the room
- Make sure to place on a flat surface to reduce the risk of spills
- Place a towel underneath to catch any excess water
- Fill the deffuser with room temperature water
- Add three to ten drops of essential oils. (Please note you can use more than one type of essential oil)
- Turn the deffuser on
- Wait 20 minutes before going to bed
- Place the deffuser on a timer if needed
- Only use in a well ventilated area
Apply To Pillow
Another effective way to use essential oils is to apply up to ten drops to your pillow ten minutes before you go to bed.
Again you can apply more than one type of essential oil to your pillow.

- Squirt one pump of coconut oil in to a cup
